We had Janis do our mortgage omg what a horrible experience 45 days of terrible communication and in the end we had to threaten to sue on day 43 for negligence, called us up extremely rude on day 45 to come sign all the paper work to finalize the mortgage. Three years and 8 months later we are still suffering...bmo has randomly paid the property taxes...some years they pay some years they don’t, even tho the mortgage has been paid on time 44 times straight...Janis and BMO have Solidly earned a ZERO star rating...

Not a good experience. No certified accountants and seemingly a high staff turnover with lots of difficulty. I finally left them for a REAL accounting firm.

Excellent service A big thanks to Terry in the service department. I had some vehicle troubles ... and being in a wheelchair it’s my only ride and hard to drive other vehicles. She got me rolling rite away . Thank you and your team for awesome service. I recommend them.
