I called first. Burroughs works out of his home and let me come right over, interrupting his yard work, as I happened to be grooming and my shears suddenly started malfunctioning. He sharpened my A5 #10 blade and a pair of 7" straight shears. Turns out my shears had lost a washer, which he fixed it right up, replacing the washer and sharpening. I am a very happy customer!
