Great place to golf

Had a club head that needed a shaft. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon. The owner gave me a fair price on the work and did a great job. Club was ready in under an hour. Definitely call to make sure they are open when you do want to stop by because the new owner is trying to get up and running while figuring out when to be open.

Salem golf club is the finest facility in the Willamette Valley due to its outstanding people that work there and the maturity and layout of the golf course itself. Summers are absolutely beautiful with deer hanging out in the apple orchard at first light. The Greenskeeper and ground Crews do an outstanding job of maintaining and improving the course given our unpredictable weather here in the Willamette Valley. The giant, mature trees can be unforgiving on some days and a blessing on others but your game will always be challenged because of these beautiful giants. The greens on this course are, arguably, the best kept for many many miles around and the fairways will reward the accurate players for their approach to the green. Awesome wildlife to view while you're playing your round and you will, no doubt, go away from Salem Golf Club with a smile and a peaceful, easy feeling.

My opinion....if u called me and asked me to go here....I would say adamantly, no. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Sorry. It was bad.

Perfect place to stop in for a delectable steak! Service was friendly and a breath of fresh air from most restaurants these days. A very relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

Always a Gr8t experience, a bit on the pricy side but well worth the $ especially if you don't get to play there on a regular basis
