Great customer service

The course layout is fun yet demanding even when you play the forward teesa¦. Every hole is different and challenging. The tee boxes are lush and level and well kept. Because of the reclaimed water, the fairways and greens are in great shape and are smooth and receptive (is that a golf word)? The greens are lovely and quick but true and really fun. Sand in bunkers is well stocked and maintained and pretty fluffy¦ I do spend a considerable amount of time in them¦ It helps to play the course more than once to know where you want to try to be.

I'm an avid golfer and I do well with Callaway balls.This review isn't about golf, it's about customer service. Calloway offers other products, specifically high quality motorcycle bags. I bought saddle bags two years ago and lost two straps needed to secure them to my bike.. my fault.. I called the customer service line and was honest, how much to replace? To my surprise, the rep simple asked my mailing address and said they would arrive in a week. They did! No strings attached..and I'm a fan! Calloway means customer service! I will pay to know Callaway has my back..
