greens are always in good shape and the holes are accomodating to all levels of golfers... very reasonably priced and rarely crowded.. you can also walk the course if desired

Fun golf course in really good condition. Played North/East. Nice clubhouse and lounge that is a great spot for watching sports and having drinks. I’ll be back.

Best hidden secret disc golf course ever

Although OJ had more than enough young athletes to field a team for the PGA jr League from his existing students he still welcomed my son to join the team. That was two years ago and Andre still attends his clinics. The coach/instructors we have hired in the past have lasted 6-months and then we find ourselves moving on. What I like as the parent: OJ is a great communicator through e-mail, text, and in person. Website is current and you will actually receive noteworthy newsletters. Very organized and you can tell he respects his profession. His instructional approach to the juniors is phenomenal and even with the JR League there is no must win attitude. The kids really have fun! The U.S. Kids program he uses sets goals and allows the kids to meet them and feel good about themselves. Most important he often takes the kids out on the course. That's key! What Andre' my ten year old likes: he states he likes OJ a lot and its fun and I get to play with other kids. Good program. Moms happy, Dads happy, and most of all Andre is enjoying golf and really improving.

Be sure to greet Joe the starter. Awesome dude. Top golf course in San Diego county. Tough, super fast greens. Bring your A game and patience. Several 3 putts will be part of your round.

I went to Kip Puterbaugh for one reason – I wanted to work with the best golf instructor I could find in San Diego County. I had played some college golf and after a 3-year hiatus during grad school, I wanted to compete in some amateur events. Kip quickly diagnosed some swing flaws and showed me videos of them. Kip was able to demonstrate the corrections I needed to make (something not all instructors are able to do) and provided me with video of my swing as compared to the game’s best. I unqualifiedly recommend Kip to anyone wanting to understand and improve their golf swing. Bill Van Dusen

If you are looking for a place that combines technology with amazing pros, this is the place. Rob Faber is my coach and he is awesome. My game has come a long, long way!

I took three private lessons with Doug and he was an exceptional teacher. He gave excellent advice and pointers and I can say without question that it was worth every penny. Highly, highly recommended! On the other hand, my wife took a women's group lesson from his pupil and she was very disappointed. According to her, he was disorganized and didn't seem to have any kind of plan or direction for the class. It was a beginner's class and he didn't even teach them a proper grip...probably the most important part of the entire swing! If you want to improve your game, definitely go see Doug! However, until he teaches his pupil how to be as good of an instructor as he is, I'd recommend not taking lessons from anyone else there. My 5-star rating is for Doug. If I was able to rate the other kid, I'd have to go with a 2 or 2.5.

Michael is an excellent instructor with a genuine appetite to help improve the golfing experience of all his students. Michael is has a wealth of technology at his disposal, yet it is way that he communicates ,from the great majority of teaching pros that I have come across, that sets him apart! After all, any experience needs to be fully understood for it to have real impact and improve your game. Thank you for going above and beyond for me, Michael!
