Prenez le temps de lire ce "review", celà pourrait vous éviter des dépenses et un stress inutiles. Set de table et chaises patio acheté en Juillet 2018. 500$. Défaut sur 3 chaises sur 4 (au niveau du vissage des pieds). Retourné le matin d'après. Refus du marchant de les reprendre. Sous-entendu que je mentais et que je les avais endommagés moi-même. De plus, jamais offert les 20% de rabais en cours ce week-end là incluant ce Rona (découvert le fait en ligne à mon retours chez moi). Manque flagrant de professionalisme et de bonne foi de toute l'équipe sans exception, et spécialement du propriétaire. Finalement, après avoir fait une plainte au service des consommateurs de Rona, et après 4 jours d'incertitude (500$ + taxes, c'est bcp d'argent), le Rona entrepôt de Saint-Laurent a accepté le retours et le remboursement du produit. Le service par téléphone de soutien à la clientèle de Rona est excellent et efficace, ne pas hésiter à fsire appel à eux. Défendre le petit commerce de proximité est ma philosophie, mais pas au service de voleurs et menteurs méprisants. Magasin à fuir.

Amazing help for low money: the guy in charge fixed my computer within 20 minutes for a couple of boxes (28$ in total, for 30 minutes in total). Thought it was the motherboard of my laptop: after a short talk, he opened my laptop very quickly, took off the battery and switched it on. Only one issue has to be noticed: I can t open my CD reader since I went there... but I have to come back there anyway since the battery has to be changed .... and I don t need the CD reader that much. Summary: no laptop>1 phonecall>28$>1 functional laptop without cd reader + 1 battery orderded> happiness in my face> 5 stars rating
