Hardware

I brought my Air compressor to replace the shut off valve which they did at a fair price and went the extra mile to secure one of the rubber feet that fell off. This was a couples of year ago but what trigger me to write that review today is the very bad service i had with the yellow tool brand service center also in Ottawa. Because of the excellent service i had with the local service center i always choose Makita product whenever possible.

We bought our new front door for Villa Lucia Supper Club from Queensway Door Service and are very happy with it. Their after-sale service is top-notch. We highly recommend them.

Conveniently located, well labeled aisles; easy to find everything you're looking for. Helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked sale items. Definitely a favourite.

Lovely stores. Had a good shopping afternoon

Stopped in for the first time the other day to get back into vaping. I bought a shiny new Smok G-PRIV 2 Luxe. Sadly a short time after filling the tank for the first time it was leaking out the air holes. I thought maybe bad coil? so I bought a pack of new ones tried it and damn same problem. I took it back the store they had a look and tested a few things it seemed okay but told me if its still a problem come back and they would swap it out. So sure enough it kept leaking I went back the next day they gave me a brand new one no questions asked. Incredible customer service they even set it up and filled it for me. I will definitely be back for more products. Still unsure what the problem with the tank was but the new one is working amazing no leaks. Thanks Again Revolt Vapes.

We had the pleasure of working with Mirna at Handle This when we were renovating our kitchen and family room. We needed handles for our new kitchen cabinets and entertainment center and Mirna was an absolute joy to work with. Not only did she have an amazing selection, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful which made the selection process enjoyable and easy. Our cabinetry looks amazing thanks to the beautiful hardware and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Handle This! Thank you so much Mirna!

Patty is a super Lady, we have meet her at her Store on a couple occasions. She is not pushy and helps the customer meet their needs. I can tell the way she handles herself she wants each customer to be happy with their needs. Made sure we chose the product we wanted, not like the big box stores. Will be back again next year when it's time to buy a vanity for the Master bedroom. Thanks Patty for all the help, keep doing things the way you do.

Best hardware store anywhere for service. Highly recommend

Great service and got exactly what i wanted.

Mark is Very knowledgeable. Very fair prices. I am having them install a wood burning insert. The installation team was 3 hours later than the scheduled time and no one called to let us know they were running late. When i looked at the fireplace installed I realized that the upper frame of the insert was up a quarter inch higher on one side and the gasket was hanging down not seated properly I started taking it apart to see why. The side panels were not adjusted properly and only 2 bolts were tight on the entire insert. There was even 2 missing bolts i had to install. I am afraid to look at the liner. Ignorance is bliss

my wife (Janis ) and I have bought 5 computers from cyberdyne over the years . wouldn't go anywhere else. Good service . Nice people. Always helpful .

Had exactly what I needed

most of what they sell is cheap and I wouldnt waste the money if your a contractor. its fine for once in a while useage or for diy home guy or gal.
