Brand new lenovo had a hardware issue. University sent me here, the only place in the city that could repair under warranty. First, they said it would take 3 days and it took over a week. When I would call, they either wouldn't answer or they'd say they'd have the tech call me back. Eventually I just went there and within a couple hours I had my laptop back, new motherboard installed. I watched one video and it was dead again. I brought it back, they fixed it again, only this time they e-mailed me when it was done. Unfortunately they had my laptop, so I was a couple days late getting that e-mail haha. One of the battery locks is chipped (thankfully doesn't affect performance) and they left FN keys on (made my mouse high light and click everything) had some quality time with Google figuring that out. Then it crashed a third time!!! Hopefully the manufacturer is more helpful than these guys. Yeesh.

I had a minor issue with my amp. Called the shop and their home audio guy (sorry I can't remember his name) recommended a $10 part. Problem solved!

Love this place. Every time i have gone there for something from the olden days or just an off the wall request...thry have always had ecactly what i asked for. Only thing that sucks is parking at rush hour
