It's Home Depot. Much better than Rona and Lowe's

This store confuses me. Half of it is super awesome stuff, half of it is the most hideous garbage I've ever seen. All of it is expensive.

As with any Home Depot the layout is pretty standard. As this particular location is one direction in and out it is quieter than most and the staff are more easily available for questions. And from the in-depth conversations I heard as I was passing by for my own targeted items. They employ knowledgeable staff who were asking great questions to get their customer thinking about the sturdiness of their project.... so come to here if you want either a more in and out visit or if you want to get some one on one time with a team member.

Great place, amazing service! I took over a job in my shop where the previous guy said some of our air tools were NFG so we kept buying more and stock piling bodies. I brought the box of bodies into ACE, they were able to rebuild 12/14 of them for the price of 2 new units. Quite a little magic trick

Awesome store. Always clean and tidy, very friendly staff also. Produce dept is always full and in perfect shape. Love that they have a water station and the milk chocolate cookies in the bakery are out of this world. Come to this store instead of Callingwood Safeway, that place is just plain terrible in every way.

I have all great things to say about Prime Fasteners & their team. Every order I have placed has been correct, delivered as promised, and the guys have been extremely helpful when I've asked questions about the product and reasons why it has been purchased. The equipment we have taken in for repair, has been repaired properly, and we have had no issues. Repairs have been completed in the time frame as promised. The Accounting team has been amazing to work with and communication is top notch to ensure our account is accurate and current.

Ditto on the invoicing, sending me bills for cylinders I returned and account I closed. repeated phone messages and emails not answered, ever. If you get someone on the phone they can not do anything expect transfer you to the voice mail of the person who does not return the phone calls. Management too cowardly to make their contact available so you can hopefully move up the chain to try to get some action.

I bought two full bathroom suite's from this company and I couldn't be happier ! The quality of their products is first class ! All round, from the sales staff to the installation team, a pleasure to deal with ! Thank you Soak !
