I needed some help at the counter and I waited there for 3 minutes and said"hello" a couple of times and the people behind the counter totally ignored me, I waited for another couple minutes then finally someone said "What do you need?" I had to go over to the other side of the store because they wouldn't come over to the main desk. I was the only customer at that time I don't what they were busy doing it was a one time store, a total waste of time

We had some problems repainting an old dresser. The products we were sold from Home Depot weren't creating a nice finish. We went to Cloverdale Paint and they went over and above in trying to help us. They kept a couple of drawers and painted, sanded and painted again, using different products to get a nice finish. They solved our problem and could not have been any more helpful. Five stars for you Mark (mgr.) and Sandy (asst. mgr.) and your team. We will turn to you whenever we have a painting job again.

This is the best vape shop I've been too, I went to Edmonton, Vancouver, Vernon and other cities thinking I might find some deals but West Coast Vapes is my go-to Vape supplies store hands down! The staff is Friendly plus easy to talk to and all their prices are just as, or more, competitive than anywhere I've been. I read one comment about how "cheap" it is to order online but anyone that's had one or more ridiculous experiences ordering online knows how much better it is to just buy locally, not only do you help your community but you get your goods immediately, no headache from wondering and waiting when and if your goods will come in, god forbid you get a dud or just simply phoney product that you need to send back.....that's when you realize just how cheap IT'S NOT to order online. Oh and I use ONLY there house brand juice, I've tried TOO MANY expensive juices to be extremely dissatisfied until I tried their house brand and at half the cost I'll never switch from their house brand! No I'm not affiliated with these guys in ANY WAY, I just don't want people getting ripped off while trying to start vaping like I did when I started! Plus they let you sample their house brand e-juice flavors FOR FREE....you can't beat that! I have lots of expensive brands I bought that I tried once and now just sit there cuz I don't like them at all. Sorry for long review but felt it all needed to be said, cheers and good luck! Peace

Great price on every item!! Couldn’t find the sale price on the couch that I was looking at a few days ago. The price was higher so I mentioned that to the staff and they gave it to me at the sale price!! Great place to shop!

Horrible attitude of staffs. I took my van for electrical problems and told them I doubt that it is the stereo that seems to drain my battery. Couple of hours later I was told that it is the stereo that needs to be changed and so the fuse has been removed for now. Did this really solve the problem ? No. The battery died again by morning. I was told to bring it back and when I did I was told to sign an estimate which I was told will not have to be paid. I was told that if too much work needs to be done on it, I will be called and confirmed with. After few hours, I got the call and was told that about 5 hours job was done but I will only have to pay for half an hour but I will have to take it to the company's service centre as they cannot do it. Really ??? Shouldn't you call me before doing 5 hours of job like you discussed ??? Paid $200 + for wrong diagnosis and something that they can't do. Never ever going back to them.

Really giving a bad review for crappy reception. Nobody in store and she did not even look up as we came in. Hardly helped at all.
