Not always the most competitive pricing but it's worth it for the knowledgeable staff and in-store service(plus they try to price match when possible)) If they don't have it in stock they probably have a supplier who can get it for you.

Tyler installed a new shower and tile in a suite in my house. He was a really nice guy to work with - always pleasant and always on time. And if there was ever a need to adjust his work day or time, he always let me know in advance, along with the reason why, rather than leave me wondering where he was. I have worked with many renovation and construction people over the years, often with not great experiences for one reason or another. With Tyler, I didn't have to worry - I felt I could trust him. And even when I changed my mind about the shower stall to have installed (as after demolition, he discovered a larger one could fit), he didn't complain about hauling the other one back to the store and finding out where to access the new size (which was not a standard size). He also did some other little jobs that I added on - like making a cover for the fireplace, doing some plumbing updates in the bathroom, and he even helped me dispose of a big dead bird that a crow left right at the foot of my front steps!
