I have an account with this company. They are in the INDUSTRIAL supplies business, NOT retail. I get treated well and they are competitive with pricing, they have access to a huge catalog of products. They just got me hardware I needed from Minneapolis in under 48 hours when no one else had stock in Canada. I see the entitled snowflake princesses are out inflicting pain on anyone who doesn't give them what they demand!

Good customer service, need language communication improvement

I bought five tamper proof mirrors for a project I was doing. Excellent communication, super fast delivery. Definitely, Choicelle Hardware will be my main supplier from now on.

Good selection and usually much better prices than HD. Today we had fantastic service from Pam. She was very knowledgeable on battery powered drills and helped us pick out something that was on sale and served our needs. She was very helpful best service we have ever received at summitt tools. Ask for Pam if you need help.

July 8 2018 the gentleman working in the plumbing department @ 4:pm Rocked my World. He was so helpful and had a great Amount of Patience. To this person I say a great big thanks. The staff at this Rona always have been so helpful.

they cancelled my order after 7 days of no communication even after 2 phone calls and emails, they relisted the item for 100 dollars more after cancelling, its obvious now they are drop shippers and have nothing in stock so dont bother ordering, they are horrible..will never do business with them again and neither should you.

The lady in the paint section (said she's worked there for years) was fantastic. Super knowledgable and helpful. This location has plenty of parking, and I've had better luck with service here than at other Home Depots.
