My wife entered Serenity Ranch for addiction recovery. Instead of healing, she left with new dependencies and unresolved issues. Communication was cut off for weeks; staff were evasive and rude. They coerced her into leaving a 5-star review before discharge. I was allowed only one monitored 15-min call/week. No intake meeting was held with family. These actions violate ethical and legal standards (HIPAA, ASAM, KY law). The experience caused deep emotional harm and confusion. Families deserve transparency, compassion, and support—not silence and manipulation. I pray no one else endures what we did.
