Very positive experience from the time I inquired about an appointment through the completion of the appointment. First contact was by website inquiry and within minutes Mary contacted me, set up an appointment, sent me all of the necessary paperwork in advance and was very efficient and effective. My appointment with Dr, Pietrzak was exceptional. Fantastic bedside manner, non-rushed, interested and helpful and was very thorough in her interview, exam and explanation of her findings as well as assisting me with my hearing needs. She conducts herself with genuine confidence and is obviously extremely competent. Would recommend without hesitation.

The people at Envision Health have been amazing! They are providing care to my father who is living in a Senior Living Community, and they are doing a great job. I receive regular updates from Anna about my dad's progress, and she and the rest of the care team really care about my dad's health and well-being. I live in a different state than where my parents live, so it's comforting to know that while I am not there someone is looking out for them and has their best interest in mind. I have no complaints at all and would HIGHLY recommend them for providing care to loved one!

An utterly amazing & gifted doctor! When I first went to Dr Perkins I could not stand for even 10 minutes without excruciating pain. After *one* acupuncture treatment I found so much relief and increase of functionality that I am absolutely thrilled! In addition to drastic pain improvement she has identified genetic health condition and provided vitamins and supplements which have drastically improved energy and mood. She is very caring and compassionate and her staff is delightful to work with.

I've been going to Ballen for a few months now and I have been very pleased with the office. The staff is super helpful and they truly care. These days it's harder to find people who go above and beyond in healthcare and I can honestly say from the first time I called the staff did just that. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!

As a cutting edge approach, I love the experience and knowledge Steffanie brings to the table. I have known and worked with her for a long time now in a multitude of capacities and can say that she is one of the most open and caring people I have had the privilege to know.

Dr. Jackson has been an absolute life saver! After going through numerous other doctors, he was the first who took my medical concerns seriously and took action. After seeing him, my whole health, spirit, and body has changed for the absolute better! He always answers my questions directly and works to help with my insurance. THANK YOU!

Absolutely the worst . He is unreliable , untrustworthy and does not have the skills to do the renos that he claims he can . We have had to hire other companies to come in and replace and fix work he did here . He doesn't stand behind his work even though we have a contract . Went in today to pick up some Icon Meals and met the most informative and helpful woman. I am assuming she is the owner. She was so wonderful and gave me samples of all the products. She helped me pick out the right protein for what I’m looking for post workout instead of breakfast. They have everything you need in one place to get healthy and find the right foods, snacks to keep you that way. Doesn’t hurt that I want to look like the owner when I’m her age 🙌🏼 Go to total nutrition today!!

they have no back up every time our Good care giver is out of town NO ONE CALLS OR SHOWS UP trying to get them to answer phone is just a constant ring now... so no one to even let them know our caregiver has not shown up... Vicki is excellent and my son is a quadraplegic but whenever she is out of town NO ONE SHOWS UP and NOW CANNOT EVEN NOTIFY ANYONE is extremely unprofessional....
