Let me say first off that as far as the layout of the store & the unique features that allows the customer to have a more intimate experience when choosing their next piece of hockey equipment is off the charts. Clean, spacious & organized correctly as well.....Now all that being said ill never go back to purchase any piece of Equipment because your entire staff of employees (all expect the employee running the skate sharpener I interacted with) lack of any useful knowledge on products, horrendous sales tactics & lackluster attitudes. Bluntly your employees have I mean 0 customer service/ sales skills and had douchie attitudes. Whoever is in charge of hiring personal over here needs to raise the bar for hiring new employees. ESPECIALLY when your company just rebranded itself by changing the name. C'MON MAN

Well maintained ice rink complex. Couches in the lobby, nicely heated seating areas in the rinks. They used to have an absolute fartbox working in the snack bar, but me thinks they fired him. Found a silver war nickel in one of the vending machines.
