Jared was great; excellent explanation of why a "Heat Pump" would be a perfect fit for what we were trying to accomplish,. Installation was quick and very clean. System's working as advertised! Price was fair. I've already recommended them to my neighbors.

Our 6 year old stove and our refrigerator both went on the fritz at about the same time. We knew the issue for the stove, but had some difficulty with trying to troubleshoot the issue for the fridge. We went in for the stove part, which they had in stock at a price that was comparable to what we saw online, and we asked some questions to help with the fridge diagnosis while we were there. They suggested some things to try out before suggesting we purchase a part we might not need, and they were right on the money. Their service and courtesy towards customers is amazing, and while I hope we don't have a need to visit them again any time soon, we will definitely stop there first if some other appliance starts misbehaving. Thanks for being a great local business!

Asked for a quote to evac & activate a 3 zone split system I installed... manufacturer said $75-100 per zone is "reasonable"... M & M quoted $638 + materials to do the job... I asked if that was the price because I didn't have them install the equipment- was told that's normal price... I refused, and found another company that did the job for $250... yes, certified company and provided invoice I needed to keep warranty on system. They may be good at their job, but they're pricey for sure...

This place was a life saver! The starter relay for my refrigerator crapped out and I needed a replacement. The owner was friendly and efficient and I was in and out with the right part in minutes and for a very reasonable price. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was a little hard to find. Eau Claire locals, start here before you try and order parts online.

This is a horrible company.Over Prized.call them for a stove repair didn't fixes the problem and left scratchs on my stainless steel stove .Very disappointed with work and profession.Very poor service.
