I have been interacting with Betsy @ Cardel Home Blackstone for the purchase of a house. Betsy is a great person to deal with, always ready to help and provide explanations when needed.
We wanted to move to Kanata in the summer of 2019 after the school year is over, and we liked one Quick Possession home that was planned to be available January 2019. Cardel agreed to move the closing date to the beginning of April 2019 instead to accommodate our situation. We finally have a firm agreement to purchase the house, and so far we are happy with the process.
I will provide an update after the closing date and after we occupy the house for few months to provide a complete review.
