You must contact Allison and Howie before you sign with anyone else. They were honest and knowledgeable. Howie and his team of workers were always on time and friendly. This is not a fly by the night company and they take pride in there work.

OMG Poor construction as well as lack of ethics and quite a consistent liar! He does not take responsibilty to the point his actions and workmanship actually put into motion the causing of state to recommend new regulations for the state..and a state Building dept , The house was left open and exposed for 6 months causing exsesive checks, and changed style compromising structure, house is bowing and nails are up to 2 ft apart instead of 8inchs, causing a rolling of logs Left no access to bathroom showers, will need walls cut out Upstairs floor broken thru when I moved in, Supported deck on non functional rock wall, forgot 1 footing under deck due to his altering design! Cut posts that hold up deck roof too short which are rotting where he attempted to Hide by putting shims in, which have rotted as seen on wcax this past nov For the most part there are non fixable items without reconstructing main room, More and more things like flashing put in wrong , no bolts holding deck for 1 1/2 yrs when it was pointed out and he came fixed it and took photos which he can produce .and on and on and on,

My wife and I began searching for a new hone in Virginia and settled on moving to Culpeper, VA. During the process, William was outstanding, friendly, and extremely professional. His assistance with interior selections was fun experience. The building process went as scheduled even though there were many rainy days to work around. The final product turned out to be better than I ever expected with William there for us all the way to closure.
