Reid Homes is a joke. Do not buy from them...this is your warning! Just about everyone in this subdivision has had major issues with them. Their customer service is terrible, their contractors are extremely rushed and inexperienced and the owner doesn't care.
If you are considering purchasing a home from them in their new development. I encourage you to visit Rockwood Noble Ridge and ask the neighbourhood about their experience.

So many delays.
Poor communication.
Inadequate compensation.
The delays were caused by the severe winter we had, but I've had firm closing dates pushed back four times now, with as little as one day notice.
Extremely disappointing.
