The Service excellent nice home very professional I love it so much I'm so happy with the home at tribute parkridge .

Website needs to be updated. Not only are they sold out of semis, but their lots are not starting at the mid 300s anymore and after driving all the way to uxbridge to inquire about their semis, their sales office wasn't open as indicated on their website.

We love the idea of the water system but have had nothing but trouble with it. As soon as the filters needed changing our system has never worked right again. We had mike in to fix it for us and even he had trouble. The new filters were making our pipes vibrate. Mike brought his filters in from his house. He had different filters they seem to work good. We recently had to change them up again and the system stopped working again. I realized they sold me the wrong filter. I took it back to the store but they would not exchange it for the proper ones. BUYER BEWARE THIS STORE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Very poor customer service. We took the whole system out. They just lost our business

I live here

Many thanks to the wonderful team from ACCL Group, that renovated my home last month, job was completed within the time frame i was given, no surprise price hike, i was pleased that crew were uniformed.

Just recently discussed with Olympia Homes sales person option to build Sophia home with breakfast nook. The price agreed with the builder was $574,900. After receiving my deposit for the lot, Olympia Homes sent me a contract with the agreed price but the Breakfast Nook removed from the project. After my complain, they told me the foundation was built already. On my question how it didn't impact the price they reduced the price. It's not the level of project management I would expect, which raises a lot of questions about trust to the company that builds a house for your family

Great model homes we are looking at.

We had a very negative experience with this contractor on a project to partially finish a basement- he took our money and did not finish the project on time or as promised. After more than 6 months of trying to get him to finish the project and fix all of the issues that one of his workers created we were forced to hire another contractor to redo much of the work. We gave this contractor every chance to fix the situation however he has chosen to walk away - shame on you.
