Home Builder

I bought the house from the first owner, my wife and I are impressed with the quality of the building. The customer service is great, I highly recommend buying Vandyk homes.

Reputable builder with unmatched quality. Always on time with closings and builds extraordinary neighbourhoods. Was very patient with me when making decisions with interior options. Staff is extremely friendly and treats me like family. I love LeBlanc!

Unique neighbourhood in Cobourg. Well-built homes.

I've used Paul and Carmen Homes for a number of jobs including framing, hardwood installs, electrical and interior carpentry on a house I was building. I was very happy with the work. Paul as a general contractor was on site much of the time ensuring the job was done right. As Paul is a licensed electrician I was also happy with my ground up electrical install. Recommended.

Basically abandoned

We went back and forth with the idea of buying existing or a new build for months. Every existing home we looked at lacked updated features like the kitchen and high ceilings. This definitely pushed us towards deciding to build. Henrietta school district was a secondary reason as well. Anthony was there for us every step of the way, even on his days off he would answer a text or phone call from us with any question we had. When we moved in, he came by personally and welcomed us and told us to let him know if we needed ANYTHING. Typically, when the sale is complete your sales agent is gone as well but Anthony has become a friend of our family. We appreciate everything he has done for us . I have to say our experience with building went very smooth. We have absolutely no regrets about choosing to build with Faber and would recommend this process for anyone looking to purchase a home. - Ebonie and Warren Barr

Our home was completed by Rolaine Homes in August 2013. It was completed on time and on budget. Working with Ron was a pleasure from start to finish. As seniors with health issues, his advice on making our new home as accessible as possible was invaluable. I asked for some changes to the floor plan and he, not only accommodated me, but made suggestions that were far superior to mine. Thanks to Ron, I know have the kitchen of my dreams! Ron was on-site practically every day and very involved in all phases of construction. He kept us totally informed throughout the entire process. We were living nearby during construction and, thus, able to visit the site daily. All employees were professional, thorough and courteous as we frequently stopped by to see what was happening. They showed us what they were doing and answered our questions. We never felt in the way. This, I feel, is a testament to how Ron conducts business. His integrity and ethics flow through all who work for him. I highly recommend Rolaine Homes to anyone.

Most unprofessional and dirty construction company in Rochester!! Their work was poor and way late. Rude staff. Stay away!!

Have made many deliveries here very well laid out
