Dump

This is an odd community. It would make more sense to me if it were gated. Every house and layout looks identical, almost sterile and lacking any character. The people living in the community seem friendly enough.

huge waste of time.. waited each mtg. never took notes and told my wife and I he would have numbers for us on the day of the final mtg ... in which he never showed and didnt know our name. 400k housebuild.. cash buyers disorganized! waste of time

As a realtor in the community not only do I recommend Forbes Capretto Homes but I built one of their beautiful custom homes 4 years ago and am thrilled!

Jim Bielmeier built our custom patio home last year. He is a great guy to work with. His attention to detail and ability to bring the high quality of construction to meet expectations is laudable. Jim gave us the exact home we wanted within budget unlike some other area builders we approached for our project.

Defective workmanship. Won’t return calls or answer e-mails. Need I say more.

This is a Adult life style upscale community of exceptionally well designed homes backing on to the Marsh Golf course.

Their after sale service is the worst. Started back in 2014 when we rented a condo. The day of possession the condo was not ready and dirty with dust. The representative had to hire a third party company to clean it while we were waiting to move in with the truck full of our furniture.. we waited two hours. When we got in the condo we noticed that a lot of things were not finished as they were in construction holidays. I had to complain several times for them to come fix it and it took them two months to finish the condo. And I was pregnant while going through this stress I wanted everything to be perfect before my baby comes. We were on a rent to own. The representative assured us that by doing a rent to own we wouldn't be stuck buying the condo that we could upgrade to buying a house if we wanted to. So that is what we did. In 2018 we decided to buy a house with them despite everything that had happened. It was our only option since we already had a downpayment with them. If I knew I would have never signed the contract with them. So we decided to buy a house with then in 2018 and now we are having some issues with the ceiling leaking and toilets clogging all the time. We have tried for several month now to get in touch with someone and nobody answers. We have sent emails, we called. There are no follow ups. It has been since june that we moved in and we are now in October. All that's left to do is to involve lawyers and send them a notice to fix it and pay us compensation. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. BE AWARE

Great work done I will hire this company again very recommended great work thank you
