Do your due diligence before buying a home here. Ask to see the condo meeting minutes and development plans from previous years. Things change, and promises are (were) not always kept. Knock on doors and talk to people who have recently built a home, and find out how they were treated and what changed, after they signed their contracts? And remember, if you don't have it in writing, you have nothing but an empty promise (with this or any other developer).
