Not a Customer …. YET We had the opportunity to meet Robert of Prasada Custom Homes. We are a young growing family, with a house is in a transitioning neighbourhood. Robert made an effort to learn about what we liked about our current house, and location. We discussed renovation, build, and sale options. We loved his friendly, open candid approach. It was fun discussing options and seeing some of the stunning floor plans available. We were surprised to hear a builder’s opinion of our lot and realistic ROI from a reno or build. We had our eyes opened realizing that a reno would be just for us, not a money maker. Even more surprising was that building our dream home, and equity would require us to move to a larger more desirable lot out of our neighbourhood. Robert didn’t take the easy root when speaking with us. We got the facts, and left the conversation feeling confident that his paramount concern was protecting our financial future.
