Signed paperwork for our new trailer June 15 2018. We were told that could move in at the end of August. Then we were told we could move in October 31. The trailer wasn't started being built until October 30. Hart modular homes has been lieing since my wife and I signed paperwork for our new home. The only answers I've gotten is from the factory. We know when the trailer was started being built, we know when it will be available for delivery. Hart modular homes cannot BS us anymore.

If you're project is time sensitive, keep in mind that these guys will not do their homework and will drag you out for months and then blame it on one of of their employees. Then 2 months past your deadline they blame it on their suppliers. We hired them to do a turn-key project for our sales center and we ended up doing their work like finding suppliers, installers and sourcing the material they didn't ordered on time when you put down a down payment for the exact reason . In hindsight if we'd hired contractors ourselves and spent half of time on site we could've finished this small building weeks earlier for a lot less than their price. The management of the company won't pay attention to your complaints while you're suffering. We're a development company and knew how to wrap things up, for a regular buyer things could be even more unnerving.
