Josh and his crews are speedy and professional. They picked up an accessory building job from me part way through the foundation pour and finished it up to my complete satisfaction. Josh is a solid communicator, and went extra lengths many times for me, such as when I asked that the structure be rotated 180 degrees when 2 walls were already up. Josh also kept me in the loop when changes were necessary that would affect the budget, so I always understood the bottom line relative to the original estimate. Unlike some contractors, Josh brought only skilled professional craftspeople onto my site. They showed up ready to work, and performed to my expectations. Everything was efficient and cost-effective. Josh also handled all of my admin relations with the district regarding permits and booking inspections - I felt completely comfortable with him acting as my agent in that regard. A good team, trustworthy and motivated to do good work. Would happily use them in the future.

Integrity Builders removed the lath and stucco from our Victoria home and replaced it with beautifully installed Hardie Plank siding.
