Very friendly staff that really care.

They do great work cost is high but you get what you pay for

I have tried Emailing and calling these guys multiple times without a single real response, the only time you’ll receive an email is an generic one asking how’s it going on your land hunt. They Never respond! The only time you will receive a real email is when you asked them to stop sending you spam!

Andy & his team are extremely talented and produce nothing less than a high quality build.

Not sure why this is attached to this company as this picture is of the dam on Dakota Creek near Port Mellon that I took a number of years ago. Thanks for your response from my post from a year ago. I had reviewed a month ago and the listing still showed the picture of the Dakota Creek Dam but today it is gone so I guess it only took a year for Google to remove it.

We’ve used Peter Schultze Construction for 3 major renovations on our home. Peter and his crew were the consummate professionals. Here are a few reasons why we chose Peter for each project: * Clear communication throughout the renovations. We had never done renos of that size before and it was fantastic to be continually kept in the loop as to what was happening, when, and why. I’ve heard from friends that their builder kept them in the dark most the time. Trades just showed up without notice and they could never get a hold of their contractor. Not so with Pete. He was always available and it was incredibly reassuring. * He had great ideas but was always willing to work with our vision and suggestions. * Years of experience and long list of happy clients. His workmanship is second to none. He does it right the first time. (Actually reminds me of Mike Holmes from the TV show Holmes on Homes) * Most importantly, on time and on budget! What you see is what you get. No surprises where suddenly the project is running over budget. In short, I'd highly recommend Pete for a new build or renovation of any size. You won't be disappointed.

They seemed like a nice builder...building a house on my street...until I asked the owner Dusty about parking their vehicles on neighbors lawns in what is a wet time of year...his response was to yell at me that he didn't care what I thought...while he and his partner laughed at me...I guess their not such a nice builder

My wife and I cannot express how impressed and blessed we were to have Graeme and the GT Mann crew working on our renovation project. Since we were from the mainland, we required someone who we could trust while we were away. Meeting Graeme for the first time, gave us piece of mind, his attention to detail and knowledge exceeded our high expectations and knew we could trust him with our project. Graeme, project manager Sam Dennison and the rest of the trades were outstanding. They communicated well, and listened to our needs. As with any renovation/project, there are always challenges that arise, Graeme and Sam always had the solutions thus avoiding any delays. We've had numerous compliments on the work that was completed by GT Mann. We love our home and have Graeme and Sam to thank in creating our paradise. Once again thank you Graeme and Sam.
