I purchased a home from them, it was nice at the beginning. 2 years later shrinking started and there long stacker who was my builder came to fix two windows for the second time and performed workmanship that was not quality and botched it. I had a professional fix the issue and they would not step up and pay the bill. They do not and refuse to admit mistakes. The home was designed incorrectly. They also use green logs, my opinion is DONT USE GREEN WOOD PERIOD!!!! This was our dream that turned into a reality HELL!!! BEWARE!! The language they use is inappropriate. There are other log crafters in Canada that are good. BEWARE!!!!!!!! They are a LIAR!!!! There log stacker that is employed by Summit built my home and the pics below there comment are photos of there repair, dented the window and how about the insulation they never put back, that is photo when we took the trim off and saw there botched work. the persons name who did it and works for them is KEITH AUSTIN!!!!!!!

Crooked walls, brand new creaking floor, patio looks like I built it. Should never have been paid. What a mistake hiring Mike Kazenbroot. He will only tell you what you want to hear and then Rob you blind. Very disappointed. Very expensive life lesson.

Horribly rude on the phone. The owner can barely speak english. She took me for a solicitor and hung up on me when I was calling for a quote on a large job.
