Great customer service

I have always had great service from this location. I've been with this company for 20 years And its always been excellent service! Bernie is the best ever and always makes me feel like part of the family here at this location . Thanks for all your wonderful service !

Good service, always good answers to questions, usually late on keeping their appointments though.

Horrible company, never returns phone calls. Insurance goes up for no reason, cars seem to disappear off of policies. And to top it off, we aren't notified for months that cars have mysteriously disappeared off the policy. I would have given this place 0 stars but you can't do that. 0/5 stars would not recommend, if anything the brokers should provably be in prison.

When a representative makes a comment such as "oh you didn't know you two were seperating" and laughs. After I explained numerous times the process of my personal seperation. Just to have the same rep 3 months later seperate my policy without my knowledge. I find out by a voicemail saying , "we need new bank info", even though I explained numerous times it was a joint bank account... Just to then again have to bring in another direct deposit slip to prove. Or the part I was told 3 months before I was being requested to sign off the ex CL's policy.. then all of the sudden I was the primary on the policy and that's "how" it could be seperated.. but then today got told there's no primary on a policy. Shaddy. It find it extremely unprofessional to do things to a joint policy without ones knowledge, especially when three months before it was discussed and left be. Very unprofessional to make comments about one's personal seperation as well - your job is insurance policy. Soley that.
