Our policy was transferred to the Huffmaster Insurance Agency eighteen months ago when AAA realigned some of their clients. Since that point it was necessary to make several changes to our policy after the driving status of our children changed and we purchased two newer vehicles. Katherine was fantastic to work with, she found several errors in our policy which resulted in immediate savings and further researched other options, sometimes calling the home office, which further lowered our insurance costs and increased our coverage. She has called me back, sometimes after hours, to make sure that a request was taken care of and always takes the time to answer any of her clients questions. Most recently, Katherine contacted us after reviewing our home policy (without being requested) after she found that we could realize significant savings by having our policy reviewed under AAA new insurance software program and by making a few changes within our policy to decrease the annual premiums. It's refreshing to have an agent that sincerely cares about her clients, who works hard to make sure that they have adequate coverage while at the same time finding ways to decrease their insurance costs.
