My experience with Orr Insurance has been great. Everyone from the front desk reception, my agent Dan Ross, to owners Rick and Jeff are very friendly and always willing to help me out. Their response time is impressive; Dan even called me up one day to recommend how i can save money on my monthly auto insurance. Just a few weeks ago i needed to buy a new car. I was driving to the dealership and needed some info from them quickly. They called me back in 15 minutes and their info helped me close the deal. I've never had any reason to switch to another broker and have since switched my business to them as well.

Our experience with Cindy Gowling at the Wellesley branch has been superb, right from the time we signed up with Josslin Insurance 8 or 9 years ago. Our most recent experience was with the homeowner insurance which had not wanted to pay for some flooding damage to our carpeting. Cindy went to bat for us, which really wasn't her responsibility, and the insurance company came through, covering the total cost of having our carpeting replaced.
