Unethical and unreliable! They get all your personal information, tell you when they are calling you back but they never do. After calling them a few times they finally gave me a response a week and a half later. A quote for $5000+ year auto insurance to a perfect record driver... what a joke! On top of that the manager has a bad attitute and clearly don't have enough training in customer service (if any). Don't waste your time like I did. Do yourself a favor and find a competent broker.

I have been with James Campbell Insurance for the last 8 years and have been extremely pleased with the service I've received, this winter, in particular. I was a victim of the Christmas 2013 ice storm and had considerable damage to my house. I was initially denied coverage for some of the damage, but Larry James negotiated with my insurance company and managed to get full coverage for all the damage. I was extremely grateful for his experience and diligence in making sure I was taken care of. Thank you again!!

Unlike many other insurance companies who only provide the final numbers verbally on the phone, D G Smith actually provided us with PDF copy of the quots including the breakdown of everything. We felt absolutely no pressure and Quincy even gave us suggestions based on our current situation and the new insurance policies as to what we should add or delete from our current insurance if we decided to stay with the old company! You will not get this type of customer service & knowledge at any other insurance company!
