Tim and Susan have been very helpful in finding excellent insurance at good rates. They are quite knowledgeable about flood and earthquake insurance for those with concerns on those issues. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they are really busy and sometimes you have to wait for response.

We are a small new business, we tried to get workers comp from them, after Corey sent us a written quote which asked for 40% down, he changed his mind and asked for the full amount upfront because he was worried that we were going to fall behind on payments and “he would have to do extra paperwork”
That is really shady practice.
