We had the same problem as Cam. We had a waterfall edge counter installed and one side was cut too long, they took it away to fix and then it was too short 3/4' on one end, then they tried filling the gap with clear caulking, horrible, then they tried to put a wedge in and darker caulking, the wedge was not the same width. A total disaster, now they are not returning our calls. I agree do not pay in full until you are absolutely happy. I would not recommend them at all!

I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for the kitchen renovation you undertook last September. The complete transformation of our kitchen area and main staircase has the feel of a new main floor. Our family now spends most of their time in the kitchen, specifically our children, who prefer to do their homework, projects, and eat at the raised bar on our second island. With the potential nightmare of a kitchen renovation of this size looming, we were very thankful to have your expert trades on site. Your personal attention to detail and ability to make problems vanish was particularly comforting to us. There are always unforeseen snags on a project like this and working together mitigated or eliminated their impact altogether. It was very helpful to have a single point of contact to ensure everyone was on the same page. When we came to you with our thoughts, you opened a whole new chapter of possibilities. Your step-by-step process worked quite well for us calling for our decisions and choices when needed. Your design seemed ambitious at first but seeing your scheduling and efficiency in action quickly waylaid any concerns. One month after the completion of the project, we could not be happier with the result. There is a great flow in the kitchen, we are used to the appliances we did not have before and the second sink is very helpful. Renovating the kitchen was a good decision on our part. Great team, attending to your needs and very professional

We were renovating the first floor of our house including the kitchen, dining room and bedroom as well as adding a bathroom, walk in closet and updating 2 more bathrooms. We had never gone through a renovation and didn’t know what to expect. We are so glad we hired The Innovative Group. The renovation could have been stressful and overwhelming but Jeremy made it a pleasant experience. We knew we wanted to hire Jeremy and his company 5 minutes after meeting him. Jeremy has a very personable, down to earth demeanour that made us trust him immediately. He explained the scope of the project and expenses thoroughly. He brought his team of professionals in to go over the project and meet us before the renovation started. They were all a fantastic team of people. Jeremy was in constant communication with us from start to finish. He even posted pictures of the progress that was taking place on his website for us to see every night. Every time we stopped in to check on the work we were impressed with the cleanliness and safety of the job site. He treated our house as if it were his own. Any time an unforeseen issue came up that deviated from the original plan Jeremy called us immediately to update us and offer innovative solutions while staying within budget. He had a lot of patience with us, explaining options and letting us take our time in making decisions. He took ownership in every aspect of the renovation and his work is impeccable. He is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a contractor, and it shows in the quality of the finished product. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and have been receiving compliments on Jeremy’s work from everyone who comes in our house. We will be working with Jeremy and his team again in a couple months when we renovate our basement. We cannot recommend The Innovative Group more. Hiring Jeremy will be the best decision you make!

Great prices. Did an amazing job renovating my kitchen in my condo. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

These guys are little more than incompetent hacks. They take your money to pay off their previous jobs. Would only recommend if you enough extreme stress/frustration, burning your money, and not having a functioning wash-room for months.

Nice place but quite pricey

Great staff, fantastic selection! Sales staff was very knowledgeable on their products. Would recommend to anyone doing a bathroom renovation!
