Kitchens/Bathrooms

We used NEKB for our kitchen and for two bathrooms. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Mike and his team are patient, helpful & knowledgeable, and walked us around their showroom showing us examples of all of the details of our choices. We recommended them to friends who also had shopped around at several other kitchen places, and everyone ended up going with New England Kitchen and Bath and being thrilled with their choice. We found NEKB when we were house hunting and saw a beautiful kitchen redone by Mike. We couldn't recommend them more! So nice to have great, honest customer service.

They are not customer orientated three visits, one salesman to the house, no measurements, only pictures done. Ask to come to the showroom no outlay of the kitchen done after a week.Another appointment which after the point it was confusing, was told the layout was done, but the salesman had it on his computer, which she said she did, so why would it not be on your computer you created it. These people are a waste of time!!! GO ELSEWHERE. I'm sure I would have been happy!!!!

From the start, it was clear that Masters Kitchen & Bath was the no-nonsense company that would take care of my remodeling project with as little as anxiety as can be expected when half a house is being gutted down to the brick and studs. The entire team was professional, experts in their work, and generated confidence from the manager, designer, and crew. The results exceeded my expectations. I don't get excited by much but I love my new kitchen and bath--I just love looking at my floor! In particular, I wanted to emphasize how much I enjoyed working with Sasho and Camil whose attitudes were consistently "not a problem" to every concern or request I had. Hardworking, detail-oriented, very nice dudes. Thank you, guys.

I lodged at the 7th floor, it was cleaned and well maintained. Went with my wife she had a presentation at the Quebec City convention center and spent 3 nights there before coming home. Enjoyed our stay and loved the experience.

Bon conseil, service disponible et poli. Le vendeur semblait plus porter à m'aider à trouver ce que je voulais que de me vendre le plus cher. Qualité dans la norme avec de bonne garantit (25 ans douche, 10 ans bain, 5 ans toilettes dans mes souvenirs) de nouveau rabais à chaque semaine.

Très décevant du début à la fin!!!! Livraison d un bain exécuté par un seul homme j ai été obligé d aider le livreur malgré des frais de livraison.Problème avec l evier acheté et le bain autoportant la quincaillerie est de mauvaise qualité 2 bris seulement à l installation et aucun dédommagement possible!!!!je ne recommande pas du tout !!!
