Val is a great lawyer . She won both my cases and is just very open and great about ecplaing things. I definitely recommend her .

Mr.Pope was my attorney for about 1 year and it was not a pleasent experience. He did the bare minimum of work on my case.. and even got called out by the judge for not knowing my case as well as he should .. also was very late to court a few times due to not remembering we had a court date, aswell as loosing some of my important documents in his big pile of a mess called an office.

Hi I chose tom Brock to represent me in a serious criminal case that required me to do prison time! It was also one of the most stressful times during the whole Covid pandemic!! He was fantastic and brilliant, at no time did he give up on me or quit trying! I ended up with a conditional sentence that I can serve in the community while not being away from my family and kids, I couldn’t be happier! I can’t thank him enough! At no time did he pressure me for money or made that his main concern! It’s a 2 way streak and he’ll put in the effort as long as you are doing your part! As for his paralegal Kaitlin smith she was nothing short of amazing! I took Brent Balmer’s client to court on a motion on August 10th. Brent Balmer is a real amateur who I walked all over in court. I self-represent in court and I am not a lawyer. Brent Balmer had filed his affidavit response in the Supreme Court, Kitchener Branch on my motion, without an affidavit of service. I mentioned to him just outside the court room that he was breaking court rules in filing documents in the record without an affidavit of service. Brent Balmer bragged to me about not following the court rules, and he did so right into an audio recording on my iPhone. I submitted disciplinary proceedings to the Law Society of Ontario with the audio recording right after we left court. Brent Balmer didn’t prepare for court. He looked uncomfortable and was nervous in front of the judge. The judge forced Brent Balmer to negotiate and agree to all my provisions in a court order prepared by me in Supreme Court, Kitchener Branch. Brent Balmer's client wasn’t there, and he didn’t let his client know that he had agreed to provisions in a court order on his client’s behalf. His client broke the court order within 24 hours. I contacted his client to explain what Brent Balmer agreed to on his client’s behalf, because his client wasn't aware of what he had agreed to. Brent Balmer was the lawyer I dreamed to go up against. So, if you want to hire a lawyer who doesn’t know what he is doing, doesn’t follow the court rules, and makes decisions on his client’s behalf without letting them know of the consequences, Brent Balmer is your kind of lawyer.

A LAO lawyer, Sheena Naidoo was obtained for my case....I have a pretty CREDIBLE case, she neglected to read important documentation as it was too much for her when I left it for her on her desk...since then and since I had fired her for lack of representation and many arguments, those important documents went missing. I also wanted to state FACT that Ms. Naidoo was more interested in the opposing party's needs than her own client! She also stated she would NOT argue this case to the Judge as that is not in her character.

Known to be one of the most respected and experienced lawyers in town. If Mr.Safa is working on your case you are in great hands.
