Have used Bruce many times over the years. From incorporation creation, to residential and commercial real estate purchases. Great Guy.

Do not hire this "lawyer' under any circumstances. He took $4000 from my son and did absolutely nothing for him. He didn't show up at court but instead each time sent his assitant (a student) and ask for another court date. He just kept asking for more money so eventually my son used duty council to represent him. One star rating is a stretch.

He will provide you with both the pros and cons in regards to options with refreshingly honest advice. He is pragmatic and comprehensive in his approach during the process. Great price for the value, good office location. One thing people need to keep in mind when you are buying or selling a home. Do NOT just trust any Lawyer with their work. You should never just sign anything without reading it! It's a big investment and YOU as the home owner should the work/be responsible as well to make sure everything is correct! The more complex scenario the more detail it requires from your lawyer and the home owner. People do make mistakes, its how you work together to correct them that matters. I have used Paquette and Travers on 3 occasions now. I will be honest, I had a minor issue but we worked together to correct it, and we did it with success. Also on another occasion they have been very reliable, organized and detail. Very happy to recommend and use them again.
