In my opinion I would not recommend for personal injury claims. From my experience : pressure with hardball tactics to settle rather than take a case to court, demand you pay their fees to date in cash when on contingency agreement. Website suggests they "mediate" which racks up your fees, Don't bother with mediation... waste of time and money to just beat the settlement down. The bar gets set lower and lower for your award. I had the feeling they were on the defense side to convince to settle.

Great team to deal with. Its my opinion Gary is well over priced for the services we received from him. Before making this statement I checked with two other firms for the same worked performed and they would have been 50% of the bill he presented to us. Be sure to do your homework before using there services. Its all about just having an estimate, wrong its just a guesstimate. Just to clarify they did a great job for us, but we paid for it. !!!!!!!
