I first met Ms Charest and her team, led by Miss Martine, yesterday, November 5/2021. I was in a rush to complete a commercial purchase. Their reception of me, as I’m sure with everyone else, was vey cordial and pleasant. They handled my “Rush” requests, thoroughly professional, with great due diligence. Dès le premier contact téléphonique, elle a su me guider avec justesse vers les bonnes procédures à suivre. Very bad experience, no knowledge, documents came back from the court because of his mistake, wrong calculation made and others mistakes, don't waste your time and money. I would not recommend.

They don’t pick up or return calls, very unprofessional.

I have been working with Steve Sheppard for 12 years and more recently with his partners at SKS Law. I find them very trustworthy; they're deal-making lawyers instead of deal-breaking ones.

Just so rude & unprofessional. Assumes that a potential client is lying to her when trying to hire her & doesn't even know the case at all. She Is a liar, as she says she doesn't do lawsuits, but when I gave her my information she wanted to do it & her website says civil suits. So she's a complete liar. I just asked her a question & she got belligerent with me & said she doesn't do lawsuits & in so many words said that I'm a liar & that she doesn't take cases without proof even though I have the best proof anyone can ask for in a lawsuit & she knows it the proof. All I asked was a couple questions & she becomes belligerent. The most ridiculous lawyer I've ever encountered & profoundly unprofessional. It's unbelievable how she acted!

Not a good experience with Cynthia Thrashers secretary. Not on the ball basically. We offered to pick up our $850.00 worth of legal work but secretary said we could not. Secretary said it would be sent by courier. Secretary sent it postal mail, where it quickly got lost in mail system. Later , there was little regard for our plight , having very sensitive legal work lost. No admission of mistake either. Luckly though we were finally...able to get a copy , although absolutely no admission of there negligence that had occured.
