I was asked by Monica Lipson a year ago to post a good review for her even though my legal experience with her was very bad. I chose my words very carefully because I agree that she does not know the law, is incompetent and does not help your case. I should NOT have posted a good review because I do have a duty and responsibility to others. Monica Lipson is not a good lawyer. I do not believe Monica Lipson takes her profession as a lawyer or her clients seriously. Most of Monica Lipson’s clients are people who have no choice but to use the legal aid lawyer they are given. If you are not homeless and if given a choice do not hire Monica Lipson. I do not recommend Monica Lipson.
