Terrible customer service!! Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this law firm. What they don't seem to understand is that there are many other real estate law firms you can go to for your standard home closings etc. it's a very competitive industry. They show complete disregard and disrespect for customers and don't seem to value them. In my experience, they did not contact me to setup an appointment for my home closing. I had to reach out to THEM to set it up as the closing approached. Then they made mistakes in the paperwork which they tried to blame on the mortgage broker - but after looking into it it was definitely the law firm's fault. These things wouldn't even bother me normally. What bothered me is that when these issues were brought up to them they completely disregarded what I said, did not accept any fault, nor issue an apology. I have received better customer service at McDonalds.

Mr Patel is a real life saver. I couldn’t believe his professionalism and at the same time you could tell he really cared. He got me off a dui charge when others said I was screwed. He was always easy to get a hold of and kept me in the loop with my trial. I ow him a lot thank u so much !!!

Absolutely stellar service. I would put ten stars if I could. As a professional within the industry it is always reassuring to know that there still are some good lawyers out there! Donald McKee, Karen, and the team at the firm went above and beyond to make sure that our mutual clients closed on time given the extremely last minute scenario. Very impressed.
