Ben Fortino and his secretary Stacey, very bad service, worst ever, will never go or recommend anyone

Yary bad layer to go to. There vacation is more important than their paying through the noze customers. Stay away from this guy.

Booked new house in 2014 and purchase agreement was given to his office for him to review, it was given back by his assistant and We were told that agreement is ok to go but builder charged 14000$ extra charges which Mr. Opkala never told us. Now he refused to admit that he offered me any service. Can you believe it??? I lost 14000$ just due to his negligence. Please avoid him at any cost even if he offers free service.

I call Matt my knight in shining armour. After I was struck by a car while cycling and permanently crippled, he fielded all communications with my especially difficult and downright nasty insurance adjuster. Every step of my care was a battle and I did not have the strength to fight alone. Plus barely 2 years later Matt not only won me an impressive settlement from the guy that hit me, he also managed to get me a large sum of money from my own insurance company, which was a delightful and unexpected bonus. I did my research and spoke to people around the courthouse, browsed her website (Hepburn Law), read reviews and “googled” some of the client’s she’s represented. I knew without a doubt, Kaley was the one. On her website you will see the words “Fighting for your rights” and "My passion for criminal law comes from my clients. I go above and beyond to make sure they know I care and will fight for their cause. It’s important that they feel they have someone in their corner,” 100% true. Personally, I think she is worth a lot more than her fee’s. I should have paid double and if I ever win the lottery, Kaley, along with her lovely assistant Sabrin, will receive a bonus. In the end, Kaley got the absolute best result, based on the circumstances and now a “weight” has been “lifted” off my shoulders. Kaley and Sabrin make a great team.
