You won't find many companies that put in as much energy and love into their projects as Pro Plus. These guys know that their work is a reflection of themselves and they treat it that way. The worst customer service you can ever get. I ordered a garage door with installation from them. I was told to expect a call within 48hrs for the installation which I never got. I waited 2 weeks and called them to know the status and they said they will follow up with me. Again I never received any calls or message. When I called back I was told they can't do it. Never got a reason why they couldn't do it. I went to the store to pick a garage door opener that I purchased around the same time and was told I had already picked up. Used to be a good store to shop but with these experiences I am not going to shop or recommend anyone to shop there.

I'd rate a zero if it was possible! The fine folks in the flooring department sold a customer of mine - 2 different dye lots of subway tile - when she ordered the entire lot all at once. They admitted to the tile being different colours but made no effort to correct the situation or at the very least - reimburse them. What a joke! Don't trust that the employees are hired professionals - an absolute travesty!

Had a so so experience here. I was trying to purchase a jewellery box for my wife. When I first entered the establishment, everyone was friendly and welcoming. However, everything went downhill from there. I was quoted one price from a sales representative and a different price from the manager. After discussing this with the manager, I was told I was wrong. I ended up buying from Costco. I will not be returning.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They ordered products in for me, accommodating me on my wish to not purchase the one on the floor that was on display, with no questions asked. The ladies who were working were so kind, I felt so welcome even though it was just about to close. Also, this location is HUGE - much bigger than any I have been to in Edmonton. They also had amazing post-Christmas sales!

Words can’t express my gratitude to this company. They went out of their way to make sure my wedding was perfect and everything ran smoothly. They worked within my budget and executed my vision to perfection. I will forever be grateful. They are magicians at what they do and I would not look elsewhere. True professionals!!! I wish I could post pictures because literally my jaw dropped!
