Jumpstone dealer gives a quote agrees to install the lights soon as it warms up less than 90 days won’t communicate and when we finally get communication they want more money. Even though we have an agreement in writing. Discussed with gemstone direct they do not back their dealers therefore they do not back their warranty or their service or any issues save your money there way overpriced And If you can get service or warranty or a deer representative gemstone wants more money after giving you called Howkan this company be trusted. In Writing they say We can’t tell our dealers what to do therefore they can’t tell their dealers to warrantee any issues that you may have why would anyone in their right mind want to deal with a company like that in this day and age

I went in tonight to buy stringy lights to decorate my room. The lady there was watching my boyfriend and I like a hawke and everything I picked up different ones to look at them she got closer as if I was going to steal them. She just made me feel very uncomfortable she was very unfriendly and when u asked if she hadn't double sided tape to hang them she said no before I could finish. And ignored me when I asked if they had anything I could use to hang them. Very unimpressed

McMansion home furnishings. All middle of the road, don't offend anyone style. Great prices for what you get.

This is ok if you need something easy, but the costumer service is inconsistent and unfortunately usually bad. There are some good people working there but it’s a crapshoot depending who you get.

I went to this store with a specific product in mind (which they went into the back & found!) plus I had a list of items I wanted to see. I wish now I had taken a couple photos of my living room so the Sales Assoc knew exactly what I was dealing with. Very helpful & patient !

Got introduced to this location by a family member. They have lots of good deals from time to time. The staff knows what they are doing and answer all the queries.

Employees actually know what they are talking about for the most part and can help you make decisions if you need it. Worth the drive.

Best part of living in a small town is it’s people and welcoming community , this store embodies both. I always enjoy going there. Lisa and her staff are always friendly and VERY helpful. The store even though it is not large usually has what I am looking for or can bring it in for you.

Very good selection of tile, staff is friendly. Recommend this location if you're looking for unique European tiles or tiles not offered by big stores. However, the owner is extremely arrogant. He's got 4 stores and all he cares about is his operating cost. Plus, goodluck returning un unopened box. They have no return policy. They would do it for builders but not for retail... his excuse:"logistics". Anyways, if you like nice tiles and don't care about customer service, that's your place!
