Great service but never has what I'm looking for. Always out of stock.

My lights were up before the snow started flying and they were down before the end of January. I put in 0 effort and couldn't have been happier. I didn't have to climb ladders and my house was the prettiest on my street. I highly recommend 5 star if you want your house to look awesome for Christmas with none of the work, thanks for the great work guys!

Good store friendly staff decent prices has that small town charm Loved seeing the hockey stick in the store Humboldt Strong . This store Usually has what's the big store in the city do which is great

Their on-line website (lightingstore.ca) claims "the lowest prices you will find in Canada" - but their pricing is high and not competitive with most retailers.

We stored our RV there and it was stolen. They kept the gates to the property open at all times which did not make us happy! We are trying to get our money back but we can't get a returned call.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff and great selection of goods especially for the size of our little towns. Built our deck last summer with pre treated timber purchased there.

Great place, I’m here all the time do to the convienient location / hours. I made it there 7mins before close tonight and felt like I really put Christopher out of his way. Terrible customer service, banging the cart around and cursing like i’m a huge inconvenience.. sorry guys, I’ll try not spend money here anymore when I don’t have to.

I want to thank Jordan and Shawn. We were there today for a phone number change and Jordan helped us through it all. Both Jordan and Shawn went above to try to find a screen protector for the phones. I was very impressed with the level of service we found. I would recommend Ottos to anyone. Their employees are phenomenal

I RARELY shop at Urban Barn Every time I go there I have a positive and rewarding experience! I find the Crowfoot store is a bit overcrowded with merchandise. It could be more spacious to allow customers to browse with ease .
