I purchased two bathroom fixtures from Norburn -- great service at the time of purchase --- two years later -- what I thought was a blown tube -- Norburn -- helped me track down replacement tubes --- sadly it was the ballast --- Norburn to the rescue to help me track down a replacement ballast --- I can only sing the praises of this customer service oriented firm --- THREE CHEERS FOR NORBURN LIGHTING and their amazing Staff

I bought five lights together. They arrived very quickly. They are just what I wanted with excellent service from SUNLI LIGHTING. I will certainly use the service again when I need more lights. The lights themselves are really pretty , nice and bright.

These guys are a horrible company, suggested I purchase thousands of dollars in equipment, to find out the proper equipment would only cost a few hundred dollars. Now, they won't help refund the items they suggested, and are not taking blame. Harvey Wagner, their marketing manager is very rude, and has no concern for customer service. I would not recommend this company in any way, along with wasting money, they have wasted a lot of my time.
