The system is a great idea: however I had a problem with the key that was made, and I was confused about some instructions. I was able to make the key work by wire brushing it -- you may want lo let users know about this process. I was confused by the instructions to login with the temporary password I was given -- that is only for kiosks in the future. Some clarifications to new users on these two points would be welcome.

Loved this shop! Will definitely return for future needs. They were prompt, courteous and when it took an extra long time to make my key, due to other customers coming in needing assistance, they knocked a nice portion off my bill. I was thrilled! I also liked the fact that they stopped to help customers whose needs could be filled faster than mine, thus keeping people from waiting a long time. I really appreciated them making and programing my Honda key, everything works perfectly! If you can, go to the shop in Reedley. Super nice workers and lots of cool stuff to look at while you wait! Thank you Central Valley Lock & Safe! You did a great job!

Fast and easy to use. I was worried that the key wouldn't be cut accurately enough to work, but all the duplicated keys worked!

Gabriel was awesome! He came promptly and because the job took longer than expected he cut me an awesome deal to replace a deadbolt. Highly recommend!

I had 4 entrance door locks replaced by Shai (I purchased the hardware). This was my second successful use of their services. They are responsive, do a great job, are pleasant to work with, clean up after, and reasonably priced. One of my doors presented a challenge as the new hardware required some door modifications that were annoyingly tricky - but Shai got it done. Will use them again.

Took some time for callback though. Would be nice if they give some status update in between.
