Excellent service and great work! I had initially wanted the existing locks on my new place rekeyed, but the hardware was old and kind of crusty. Instead, Mike and his helper installed brand new, super high quality deadbolts and doorknobs for a very reasonable price. He also came out again when I changed my mind about a keyed doorknob, replacing it with a deadbolt (I do feel more secure!). He is a pleasure to work with and I'd use him again, although based on the quality of these locks I won't need to!

Make sure you ask questions about the price before this guy comes to you. I asked how much is it for you to change my lock he said $48. He came out after saying I’ll be out that way anyway so he came out within the hour. He was finished within 15 minutes and even cut two extra keys that I asked him for. He handed me the bill and it was $48 for the lock plus $85 for the service call +5 dollars for each extra key so I paid him $143 total. I feel really stupid for not asking him questions like, “is there a service fee” or “what will the total be”

A friend of mine lost her car key off of the alarm pad, from the moment I called this place, the employee was absolutely outstanding!!!! I was able to make a appointment for the next day and due to a language issue , I left my # , well of course my phone dies and I missed both calls, instead of the guy being rude thinking we maybe found the key and didn't cancel, he left a very polite message, even though, he was there on time, she wasn't, This man actually turned back around and was able to get her key to her!!!! Not to mention, there price for 2 keys was shocking!!!!! I wish this place nothing but success! I can't thank these people enough
