Biggest rip off ever. I called to get a front door unlocked and when I called they were unable to tell me any sort of quote. When the guy arrived he told me $295 making it seem as if that was the total price. I told him that was way more than expected and I was going to call someone else. He then came down to $195 and then agreed so that I could just get it over with. Once he finished he THEN AND ONLY THEN mentioned the $35 service fee. What a shady way to do business! Stay away or be ripped off!!

I locked my keys in the trunk, although i was able to get into the car i couldn’t get into the trunk. They i tried to find a locksmith through USAA. Although they weren’t in the area to help me, they hopped on the phone and gave us step by step instructions on how to get the trunk open. They were patient and upbeat and stayed on the phone until we got the trunk open! They were amazing!!!!!
