I contacted Karlock earlier this week, because we were locked out of our office. Karl asked me a few questions about the lock, asked me to try WD40 first, and let him know if that worked. Please be aware! I am a small business located 3 blocks from his store--8798 Manchester Road. I needed our front door rekeyed. Easy job-the worker was in and out under an hour. The final bill was $163.02 He charged me $72. for labor, $48.50 trip charge, and $41. for 10 keys. Final bill was $163.02 Way to expensive for me! I have another guy-that usually charges me about $90. But,he wasn't able to get to us for 2 days. Next time I will wait!
